Position Overview
In this role, you will conduct rigorous research under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Charlotta Sirén and in close collaboration with Prof. Dr. Silvia Stroe, aimed at achieving publication in leading journals in the field.
Your tasks
1. Plan and conduct the assigned research, individually or in working groups, in accordance with the project plan, including; co-develop the theoretical framework, design, and methodology of the studies, and analysis and interpretation of all data;
2. Document, publish and present research results in high profile journals, international conferences, as well as practitioner-oriented outlets;
3. Engage in outreach activities to promote research and increase your research's visibility;
4. Contributing to SNSF progress reporting (writing technical/ progress reports and documents, as appropriate);
5. Keep abreast of current knowledge and recent advances in the field/discipline.

Your profile
11. Outstanding PhD dissertation in Psychology, Behavioral Neuroscience, or Behavioral Sciences or in a relevant topic field (e.g., Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurial Finance, Innovation, Management),
12. Experience with publishing in top management, entrepreneurship, psychology or behavioral science journals,
13. Very strong quantitative and qualitative methodological knowledge,
14. Knowledge of and previous experience with experimental designs is highly desirable,
15. Knowledge of and previous experience with neurophysiological measurements such as Eye-tracking, Galvanic Skin Response, Electrocardiography and Electroencephalography (EEG),
16. Strong interest in entrepreneurial psychology, coupled with a keen interest in developing a research trajectory in this field,
17. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
18. Very good organization skills, dares to take initiative, flourished in dynamic environments, and can work both independently and collaboratively.
