YOUR PERSONALITY Are you an ambitious and experienced specialist (German speaking), who is passionate about creating complex and future-proofed ERP solutions based on D365 FO, and want to provide clients with value-adding consulting of very high quality? As our client is an international consultancy, it is required that you have excellent communication skills and are fluent in German and English. The position will be based in Zurich, but with an option to work in a flexible hybrid set-up.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a proven track record of working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (and/or AX) either from an internal role or from a consultative perspective. You have an applicable educational background and relevant certifications and an already demonstrated capability in successfully driving international implementation projects. We furthermore expect you to have in-depth IT competencies within the platform e.g. configuration, experience documenting requirements and matching solutions within finance (required). If you have knowledge of areas such as fraud protection, supply chain, warehouse management and e-commerce, it is seen as an advantage - but even more importantly, you’re willing to learn and grow as we’re growing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Design functional business processes and solution architecture.
2. Establish overview of requirements defined by the customer.
3. Optimize business processes and perform testing and reporting.
4. Facilitate workshops with clients to analyze and design solutions.
5. Collaborate with developers to ensure that client needs are met.
6. Document, propose and discuss architecture and solutions options.
7. Consider customer business strategies, requirements and challenges.
8. Keep up your skills and focus on relevant industry trends.
