We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our Swiss Accenture ServiceNow practice as a Sales and Delivery Manager. In this dual-role position, you will report to the Swiss ServiceNow Practice Lead and play a pivotal role in driving both project delivery excellence and business growth through strategic sales and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow solutions, project management, and a proven ability to cultivate client relationships and drive revenue growth.
Your daily work
Project Delivery:
You lead and oversee the successful execution of ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery in line with client requirements. In addition, you collaborate closely with project teams, providing guidance and expertise to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
Sales and Business Development:
You develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth within the ServiceNow practice. Furthermore, you are responsible for identifying new opportunities and potential clients, leveraging your existing network, and proactively seeking new business relationships. Finally, you cultivate and nurture client relationships, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives to position Accenture as a trusted advisor.
Who you are
You have at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
You bring proven experience and a strong track record in ServiceNow solutions and delivery, project management, and business development. In addition, you possess relevant ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in areas like IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), or Human Resources (HR).
You have demonstrated the ability to drive sales, identify opportunities, and close deals effectively. A strategic mindset with the ability to align sales and delivery efforts to achieve practice goals is a must.
You express yourself clearly and confidently in German; negotiation skills in English are necessary, and proficiency in French is a strong plus.
You are self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. In addition, you are willing to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend business-related events.
