Job Title: Product Manager
Description:
Join our Meetings, Events, and Engagements team as a Product Manager. You'll work with a cross-functional team to develop a technology ecosystem for orchestrating in-country, above-country, and cross-border processes for Meetings, Events & Engagements (ME&E), General Consultancy, and Grants, Sponsorships & Donations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive the development of the department ecosystem to deliver scalable solutions for internal stakeholders and customers.
2. Provide business leadership and expertise on events & engagements in collaboration with the Solution Owner and MarTech team.
3. Bring industry trends to the product development team to enhance solution relevance.
4. Anticipate customer needs through analysis of global and affiliate operating models.
5. Promote a culture of trust and co-creation with internal and external partners.
6. Engage with the team, affiliates, and global teams to transition legacy systems and deploy.
7. Collaborate with IT and external partners to deliver business requirements.
8. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
Must Haves:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the Meetings and Events arena, with global and affiliate-specific experience.
2. Proven knowledge of digital tools and platforms (e.g., PEGA, cVent, CRMs - IQVIA/Veeva, Salesforce).
3. Experience partnering with technology partners and global technology teams.
4. Experience with Agile/Safe methodologies.
5. Ability to oversee and manage decentralized networks.
6. Deep understanding of business-led, technology-driven customer engagement ecosystems.
7. Strong organizational and systemic thinking skills.
8. Ability to work in a changing environment.
9. Excellent communication skills in English.
