We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist specializing in Digital Biomarkers to join our client's team in Basel, Switzerland.
In this role, you will play a key part in developing innovative digital biomarker solutions and supporting evidence generation activities.

Main Responsibilities
* Analyze clinical and digital biomarker data from various studies.
* Support digital biomarker evidence generation with statistical modeling and analysis.
* Manage work packages, including planning, risk assessment, and communication of progress and results.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of statistical analysis pipelines.
Key Requirements
* Advanced degree in biomedical engineering, bioinformatics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or related fields.
* Proficiency in statistical methods such as linear mixed effect models and survival analyses.
* Strong skills in Python and R, including libraries like Pandas, SciPy, and ggplot.
* Knowledge of best software development practices, including unit testing and version control.
* Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and statistical skills with a structured working style.
