What You Will Be Doing
As Group Financial Controller you will be managing Unilode’s Finance Group/Holding activities and support various consolidation and cash projects.
What We Are Looking For
Someone who has will be accountable for:
1. Leading month-end consolidation and reporting
2. Co-ordinating the consolidation system.
3. Reconciliation of intercompany charges between legal entities, including resolving elimination issues.
4. Ensuring all relevant intercompany charges between entities are issued timely, processed correctly, and are in-line with transfer pricing agreements.
5. Directs cash management.
6. Responsible for treasury.
7. Forecasts, monitors and tracks cash flow.
8. Support the annual group interim and final IFRS consolidated audit.
9. General controlling and accounting support across the group.
Qualifications
1. Demonstrable progressive Accounting experience.
2. Previous knowledge of Tagetik EPM system would be highly advantageous.
3. Working knowledge of all functions in an Accounting/Finance office.
4. Knowledge of relevant GAAP and IFRS principles.
5. Attention to detail and organisation.
