We are seeking an Account Manager Urology in our Urology division, Region West- and South-Switzerland:
Account Manager Urology
* Sustain commercial growth by effectively distributing our urology products across the region.
* Develop and expand our product offerings through consistent market engagement.
* Establish and maintain relationships with medical management, staff, and purchasing departments.
* Ensure secure preparation and execution of key negotiations.
* Create customer-specific sales strategies, including successful implementation.
* Deliver customer training, congress visits, and trade show participation.
* Promote constructive collaboration within various team structures.
Your Background
* You have completed a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable program, or possess relevant business experience.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in medical device distribution, preferably in hospitals.
* Strong sales acumen, open-mindedness, and positive attitude.
* Excellent communication skills, reliability, and strong interpersonal connections.
* Self-motivated, independent worker with a professional appearance.
* Fluent French, Italian, and English language skills.
* Residency within the sales area and willingness to travel extensively.
