CVS engineering GmbH manufactures compressors and vacuum pumps specifically designed for mobile applications (primarily in trucks, railways, and buses).

The Sales Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the company sales activities in order to achieve revenue and margin goals and to drive the company's growth and market position in all sales areas such as but not limited to truck applications, urban transportation, or services. He plays a key role in opening up new markets and strengthening existing customer relationships. A key element of his mission is to establish a world-leading positioning of CVS brand in line with the group vision to be "First in mind, First in Choice" and “The Way we do things.”
To succeed, you will need:
* Based on the strategy defined by the company, you will need to define and implement a sales strategy adapted to the market and company growth (it will preferably be triennial). Defines and implements actions to achieve objectives. Manages the sales budget and ensures its achievement through annual “Objectives Goals Strategies Measures” process.
* You will need to manage and coach the sales team to define and implement the sales strategy, inspiring and building strong teams with an emphasis on cooperation and skills development.
* You will need to define and monitor performance indicators for your team, supporting your employees in the development of their skills and autonomy.
* You will have to handle major sales and negotiations as necessary and defined.
* You will work closely with the sales manager of other mobile vacuum businesses and the program manager to expand mobile vacuum products globally and to generate synergies in the group.
* You will develop an adequate pricing strategy in line with company targets and market intelligence.
* You will play a key role in developing required products by providing business cases and master specifications.
