Global Objectives
* Develop business by prospecting new clients and managing existing accounts for railway and other applications, ensuring sustainable growth.
* Collaborate with sales teams, product line managers, product development teams, marketing, and other departments to drive business objectives.
* Prepare and organize key meetings with prospective clients to develop business opportunities.
* Provide market feedback to product development teams and after-sales support.
* Identify market opportunities in various applications, guide product roadmap, and develop new business segments.
* Develop business cases for individual products in cooperation with product line managers and sales teams.
* Prepare product launch plans in close collaboration with marketing, sales, and product line managers.
* Analyze customer requests and needs, and ensure timely offers according to specifications.
* Develop after-sales services and work closely with other departments.
Requirements
* Degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Power Electronics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Proven track record introducing power products to international clients, driving organizational change.
* Minimum 5 years of technical and sales experience in an electrical equipment environment.
* Good knowledge of high voltage, railway traction systems, power transmission & distribution, renewable energy, and e-mobility sectors.
* Understanding of DC and AC power systems and corresponding product needs.
* Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
* Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to develop convincing communication strategies based on technical rationale.
* Proven ability to think creatively, identify problems, and resolve them.
* Experience working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
* Excellent English, French, and/or German language skills desirable.
* Will to travel frequently.
