Job Description
Infrastructure Design & Deployment: Lead the creation and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructures using Terraform.
Project Leadership: Spearhead at least one major Terraform-based project, demonstrating advanced expertise and innovative thinking.
Global Collaboration: Work with cross-functional and international teams to develop solutions that meet diverse business needs.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor team members to enhance their Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) skills.
Optimization & Automation: Identify and implement infrastructure optimization opportunities through automation and best practices.
Documentation & Compliance: Develop thorough documentation and ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Terraform developments and trends, integrating them into the team's practices.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of global experience in IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.
Extensive expertise in Terraform with significant contributions to at least one major project.
In-depth knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and DevOps tools.
Proficiency in HCL and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Terraform, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience in hybrid cloud or multi-cloud environments.
