The role oversees financial operations relating to procurement and logistics and feeds into financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes and will support the success of our European transformation journey through to our Target Operating Model in 2030. Key Responsibilities Managing financial analysis for procurement, including supporting cost optimization, commodity inflation forecast and supplier negotiations. Overseeing the financial management of logistics costs, including transportation and warehousing expenses. FP&A activities including financial processes for E&O, vendor rebates that feed into gross margin and SG&A management processes. Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives in procurement, logistics, etc. Managing inventory and accounts payable, driving optimization projects and improving forecast accuracy. Contributing to the European transformation programs by improving financial processes and driving supply chain optimization. Providing financial insights to senior management to support supply chain decision-making and efficiency improvements. Leading budgeting and forecasting for procurement, logistics, and inventory/accounts payable and capital-related financials. Mentoring and developing the finance team, ensuring high performance and alignment with company objectives. Skills and Experience Educated to degree level in finance, accounting or related field, MBA preferred.10-15 years of experience in finance with expertise in supply chain, procurement, logistics, and FP&A within a European environment. Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and cost management skills. Experience working within a matrix organisation, preferably with supply chain transformation and system improvements. Prior experience in managing a cross-cultural team of around 20 people located throughout Europe. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate with diverse teams. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. What we offer Competitive basic salary.
