The Technical Sales Consultant is responsible for the development of existing and the building up of new markets to ensure the long-term maximization of the market potential in the market of responsibility, for developing and implementing consistent, transparent and effective sales policy for the responsible market in conjunction with the Sales Manager. Follow up, specify and find new building projects and coordinate sales with all key stakeholders.
MAIN TASKS Planning: Develop and collate the annual sales and cost budgets for the responsible customers and projects portfolio
Sales: Achieve sales plan, acquire new customers and new building projects
Define and impose price and distribution policy in line with market conditions
Selection of suitable customers
Submit monthly stock requirements for customers to the Sales Manager
Training: Plan, maintain & coordinate the respective training schedules for customers and specifiers in the region. Participate & present regular staff training in the branch office.
Marketing: Participate in campaigns, exhibitions & promotions as required
Plan and carry out effective & professional communication of these activities in the region, consider specific product requirements and submit potential requests to product managers
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION 1st education: Sanitary / plumbing Installer
Additional education: Technician or examination for the master's diploma
Special knowledge/ experience: Construction sites
MS Office, CAD application knowledge
