Let’s Talk About The Role
With a reporting line to the Director, Wholesale & Strategic Accounts, the Sr Manager, Sales Field is accountable for inspiring, leading and driving the direct sales force and/or sales agencies within South Europe (focus on Italy, France and Spain) to drive sales and execute against goals in a seamless brand experience across the different market's touchpoints.
How You Will Make a Difference
* Align with the Brand Vision to develop and communicate a multi-year vision and growth strategy for all involved accounts.
* Effectively manage the agencies and their account profitability to grow within budgeted cost parameters.
* Strong partnership with the senior team across all disciplines, influencing the development of all aspects of the Field Account proposition.
* Provide perspective on market, store and product opportunities that will further accelerate growth.
* Develop and communicate a compelling vision that will drive teams to deliver their best to meet and exceed business objectives.
* Build relationships in each field key account and leverage appropriate contact with VF and Napapijri senior management.
* Accountable for leading, developing and driving plans that deliver sales growth and profit for the brand.
* Lead team to evolve productivity through accelerating top line growth and improving gross margins.
* Build and foster effective relationships with direct reports and agency partners.
* Role model people leadership and development; provide guidance to direct reports on business goals.
Skills For Success
* Minimum of 5 years sales/key account management experience in Fashion Industries at a similar level.
* Deep knowledge of the industry and its values in Italy (preferably also France and Spain).
* Experience with and understanding of fashion consumers.
* Skill in crafting and maintaining mutual strategic plans.
* Analytical and strategic, with the ability to use facts for decisions.
* High energy, goal-oriented individual who is great at getting things done.
* University degree in business with sales focus or equivalent.
