Individual processing of various guest requests on the phone, by email or via mobile chat
Looking after guests at the business center
Forwarding corresponding requests to the appropriate department as the "heart of the house
Guest correspondence in German and English
Maintenance of internal hotel systems and programs
Maintenance of our Guest Experience Platform
Acceptance and booking of room service orders
Processing guest inquiries in cooperation with reception and concierge

Your profile
You have completed an apprenticeship in the upscale hotel industry or have completed hotel management school
You are organized and structured and enjoy communicating in fluent German and English
You are resilient and a team player
Advanced IT skills
You have an independent and very guest-oriented way of working
Your head is full of ideas and creativity
You are ready to give your best
