Position Overview:
This role is crucial in helping our company acquire and sell property efficiently. The ideal candidate is a strong negotiator with sales experience, comfortable speaking with buyers and sellers over the phone, and skilled at managing real estate transactions. You will be responsible for handling warm leads, closing deals, managing contracts, and overseeing key real estate processes from start to finish. We are looking for someone who is willing to see a deal through the entire lifecycle - acquisition through disposition.
Compensation:
* Part-Time, 20-25 hours per week
* Fully remote position
* Growth potential for additional hours and bonuses/increased commission based on performance.

Responsibilities
* Sales & Acquisitions: Handle inbound seller leads, negotiate purchase prices, and secure contracts.
* Due Diligence: Research and evaluate properties, gather key data, and verify property values.
* Contract Preparation: Draft and send contracts for digital signatures.
* Transaction Coordination: Open escrow with title companies, follow up with agents and attorneys.
* Property Listings: Manage FSBO property listings on various platforms, field inquiries, and negotiate sales.
* Marketing Support: Work with our team to improve marketing outreach and lead generation.
* Process Improvement: Assist in refining and improving operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
* Sales Experience: Strong negotiation and communication skills (Real estate, insurance, or high-ticket sales preferred).
* Real Estate Knowledge: Experience with transactions, contracts, and title companies is a plus but not required.
* CRM Experience: Familiarity with real estate CRM software or ability to learn quickly.
* Detail-Oriented & Organized: Ability to manage multiple leads and transactions simultaneously.
* Self-Starter: Comfortable working remotely and independently.
* Tech-Savvy: Ability to use digital tools for property analysis, marketing, and communication.
Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
