Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. Our team has two locations: the Audi Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany and the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil, Switzerland. The Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

Your Mission
You'll be part of our strong PLM-focused design team at Sauber in Hinwil, Switzerland. Your role will involve supporting highly qualified designers in resolving CATIA-3DExperience issues and enhancing methodologies.
* Resolve CATIA-3DExperience issues and improve designer workflows
* Contribute to the ongoing development of our CATIA-3DExperience Platform by researching new applications, functionalities, and platform customizations
* Enhance CAD/PLM methodologies for design processes and conduct training sessions
* Install and configure CATIA Workstations, including user and client configurations
Your Profile
To join our team, you'll need:
* A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Computer Science, or a comparable technical education
* Practical experience using, supporting, and administering modern CAD and PLM systems
* In-depth knowledge of CATIA-3DExperience and/or CATIA-V5 (highly advantageous)
* Strong understanding of Design Methods using CAD and PLM
* Additional experience with CAM and CAE applications (beneficial)
* Programming skills in Visual Basic, macros, scripting, etc.
* Excellent communication skills, self-initiative, proactivity, and problem-solving abilities as a team player
* Full professional proficiency in both German and English (mandatory)
