Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to manage premier customer accounts, delivering world-class service and support. This role requires strong stakeholder management, customer service orientation, and excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage Aerospace and Energy customer accounts with professionalism and attention to detail.
* Process and manage orders, deliveries, pricing calculations, and customer forecasts to meet inventory, revenue, and arrears targets.
* Resolve customer disputes and overdue payments in a timely manner.
* Maintain accurate customer master data and ensure seamless communication across all stakeholders.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent.
* 3 years of experience in customer account management, preferably in an industrial international environment.
* Fluency in both French and English.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft tools.
