Job Description
Join us in this exciting newly created role of Technical CDP Solution Architect in the Customer Engagement team and support our Marketplaces to leverage the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and marketing technology landscape capabilities.
What you will be doing
In this role, you will shape and implement solutions within our CDP, Bloomreach Engagement, and marketing technology ecosystem. Your work will enhance user experiences on our digital platforms. Collaborating with all our Brands, you will turn business requirements into technical specifications and solutions:
1. Evaluate, design, and implement solutions within our CDP and marketing tech ecosystem.
2. Advise the Customer Engagement team on best practices and tech advancements.
3. Conduct feasibility assessments and provide insights.
4. Partner with Product and Engineering teams for seamless integration.
5. Configure and manage CDP settings, including API integrations.
6. Integrate the CDP with other platforms (e.g., CRM, advertising, analytics).
7. Manage data transformation and ingestion processes.
8. Identify and resolve technical issues in the CDP.
9. Develop and maintain CDP documentation.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 3+ years as a CDP solution architect or consultant with at least 2 years of hands-on implementation experience.
3. Experienced with SQL, Jinja and data processing in the cloud (any major cloud provider; preferably Google Cloud).
4. Broad knowledge about CDP use cases with a specific focus on customer engagement activities (web and apps).
What puts you over the top
1. Proficiency in German.
2. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
3. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in Agile teams.
