We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team in Winterthur, Switzerland.

Main Responsibilities:
* Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing expert guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development to drive business success.
* Lead and support the annual HR cycle, including performance management processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and employee development needs.
* Partner with business leaders to foster a high-performance culture through effective people strategies, leadership coaching, and change management.
* Ensure full compliance with Swiss Labor Laws and internal company policies, providing proactive risk management and advisory support.
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to develop and implement strategies for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent in the Swiss market.
* Design, implement, and support HR initiatives focused on employee engagement, leadership development, career progression, and succession planning.
* Utilize HR data and analytics to generate insights that drive informed business decisions and workforce strategies.
* Work closely with global HR teams and Centers of Expertise (CoE) to ensure alignment with company-wide HR policies, programs, and best practices.
* Drive and lead digital HR projects, contributing to process improvements and innovative HR solutions that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
* Act as Deputy to the Head of HR Switzerland, stepping in to provide leadership and continuity in HR strategy and operations when required.
Requirements:
* University degree in Human Resources or related discipline – strong knowledge of Swiss Labor Law and HR best practices, either acquired through formal education/additional qualifications, or professional experience.
* At least 10 years of experience in HR Business Partner role, ideally within a similar global matrix organisation.
* Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
* Data-driven mindset with experience using HR analytics for decision-making.
* Fluency in German and English.
