On behalf of one of our clients, a Geneva-based law firm, we are looking for a
Responsibilities
1. Drafting, editing and proofreading content for social media and website posts and other written communications.
2. Elaborating and coordinating digital communication campaigns; tracking engagement metrics.
3. Drafting submissions to legal ranking directories and awards.
4. Coordinating and developing media and legal directories relationships.
5. Overseeing and updating lawyers’ profiles in professional databases and directories.
6. Assisting with the preparation of submissions in client pitches and other business proposals and initiatives.
7. Coordinating lawyers’ participation (as speakers or delegates) and networking activities at (and in follow-up to) arbitration conferences and related events, in Switzerland and abroad.
Qualifications
8. University degree (BA or higher), preferably in communications, journalism, marketing, or law.
9. Formal training or prior experience in a marketing/PR or business development role, ideally in a law firm or other professional services firm, would be strong assets.
10. Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate persuasively and concisely in both English and French.
11. Deep knowledge of social media (in particular LinkedIn and Twitter), WordPress and standard digital graphic design tools.
12. Strong interest in the business of legal services and the practice of international law and dispute resolution.
13. Strong time-management and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively and confidently with the firm’s partners, associates and administrative staff.
