Director of Business Development
We are seeking a driven candidate to lead our Business Development Team as Director. You will collaborate with senior leadership and management to assess organizational needs and design programs for professional development and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage relationships with customers and market additional services through cross-utilization of the organization's service offerings.
* Develop and implement business development strategies and processes.
* Assess business development needs and design tailored programs and policies.
* Evaluate strategies and programs to measure achievement of established goals.
* Provide expert facilitation and coaching on business development methods and tools.
* Manage individual development planning for executives and emerging leaders.
* Collaborate with business units on mentoring and develop sales presentations and proposals.
* Negotiate contracts and supervise a group of employees in business development work units.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships.
* Experience in sales planning and superior written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong presentation and facilitating skills, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, desirable.
* Five years of wind industry experience and two years of team management experience.
