Job Description
* Develop and implement customer loyalty programs.
* Analyze customer behavior and adjust programs accordingly.
* Collaborate with the Marketing & Agency department to integrate loyalty programs into overall marketing strategy.
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of loyalty programs.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Loyalty Program Coordinator should have:
* Strong knowledge of customer engagement and loyalty strategies.
* Excellent project management skills.
* Proficiency in English; other language skills in French or German are a plus.
* Experience in the FMCG/Retail sector.
* Solid understanding of data analysis and customer behavior metrics.
