As we progress in one of our key projects, Next Generation Farming, we seek a Mechanical Engineer to enhance our R&D team in our new brand offices located near Lausanne, Ecublens area.
Your Mission:
* Contribute to the development of a revolutionary product integrating Material Science, Chemistry, Biology, and Electronic Engineering.
* Evaluate and research cutting-edge technologies for incorporation into our products.
* Collaborate with your team to evolve ideas into functional prototypes.
* Create 3D CAD designs for parts and structural components.
* Hands-on testing of concepts, components, and prototypes.
* Coordinate prototype manufacturing (internal and external).
* Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of prototypes.
Your Profile:
* Master's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
* At least 3 years of professional experience.
* New technologies enthusiast or experience in technology scouting.
* Creative thinking is essential. We value individuals who bring innovative ideas and the drive to turn them into reality.
* Proficiency in CAD software is mandatory.
* A strong background in electrical design (e.g., PCB design) is an asset.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
* Motivated, team-oriented, and proactive mindset.
