The Job
In this important and rewarding role, the Sales Contract Specialist will see that sold equipment is delivered on time to the site for rigging and installation,revenue and cost are booked, and invoicesare created.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Review received purchase orders / contracts based on internal guidelines
2. Entering sales orders information into our SAP system
3. Preparing and sending correspondence and invoices to the customers
4. Coordinate backlog activities (purchase orders, delivery schedule, etc) according to contractualterms and coordinate with necessary internal resources, in order to ensure the delivery of VMS/SHS equipment to the customer site in the most efficient manner within the agreed timescales
5. Close collaboration with Project Management, Sales, Finance, etc.
6. Organize and initiate the transportation of the equipment
7. Full responsibility for sales orders to comply withVMS/SHS procedures/compliance rules andfacilitate the HQ approval process
8. Monitoring projects in terms of delivery and payment
9. Guarantee of adherence to import and export control procedures both in respect to Swiss and foreign regulations
10. Control and approve company external supplier’s and subcontractor’s invoices
Qualifications, Skills, Experience & Attributes:
11. Commercial apprenticeship (KV) or equivalent education. Export diploma preferable
12. Minimum 2-5 year of experience gained by work experience in sales support, processing orders for import / export, administration or similar roles
13. Understanding of international shipping and transportation regulations
14. Planning and organization skills
15. Good skills in project coordination activities (from order receipt to delivery and acceptance)
16. Experience in a customer focused role

18. Fluent in German & English, both written and spoken. Any additional language is welcome
19. Good team player, open minded and initiative
20. Independent and Pro-Active working attitude
DESIRABLE :
21. Knowledge/ Experience with MS Office Applications and SAP
22. Good prioritization skills
23. Flexible approach to work
24. Having experience in lean management
