Business Development Manager (German Speaking)
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our Sales team in Switzerland. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to grow our market share and contribute to our growth story.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Generate revenue from Records Management, Secure Destruction, and Document Management Services.
2. Manage commercial tenders, retenders, and price negotiations with key accounts.
3. Sell solutions to address corporate customers' information management needs.
4. Drive new business revenue growth among existing and new customers.
5. Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
6. Develop and implement sales strategies for growth across target customers and prospects.
Requirements:
1. Strong background in new business hunting with proven experience.
2. Able to quickly learn new products and sales processes.
3. Fluent German and English language skills.
4. Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
5. Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills.
6. Able to influence and negotiate effectively.
