Vans EMEA is seeking a highly skilled eCommerce Product Data Specialist to join its Digital Marketplace Team in Stabio, CH.

About the Role
The eCommerce Product Data Specialist is responsible for managing product data and content across all VANS EMEA websites. This includes ensuring accurate product information and performing tasks such as:
* Product publication and updates
* Repricing and discounts uploads
* Schedule maintenance activities
* Websites testing and bug resolution
This role also involves close collaboration with developers and support teams to resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
You will achieve this by:
* Creating seasonal and ad-hoc catalogues (regular and custom lines)
* Managing new season's product publication and maintenance
* Maintaining prices, including promotional and end-of-season sale price uploads/updates
* Coordinating product launches/season launches/marketing content online
* Main navigation/flyout amendments
* Categories creation and maintenance
* Customs' reporting and maintenance
* Managing seasonal databases and files
* Site testing and other site maintenance activities
* Supporting weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting
* Managing product-related requests from customer service
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should be a trustworthy, organized, and extremely detail-driven professional with:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
* 1-3 years work experience in retail or eCom, preferably in multicultural teams
* Fluent English language skills; any additional languages are a plus
* Excellent Excel skills
* Strong technological and internet knowledge
* Previous experience with SAP or SFCC is a plus
* Ability to work under tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and multitask
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proactive, curious, humble, eager to learn, adaptable to changes
