What is your job?
1. Administration within the entire employee lifecycle (e.g. entries/leavings, contract changes, mutations, etc.)
2. Processing salary administration from A to Z (employee base of 300 people)
3. Hours controlling and time management
4. Support throughout the entire recruitment process (advertisement, pre-selection, interviews, etc.)
5. Advice on labor law issues and implementation of innovations
6. Support in the design and implementation of effective HR strategies
7. Participation in HR projects and communication as an interface between managers and employees
What do you bring to the table?
1. Basic commercial training or similar
2. Further training in HR and ideally in payroll or social insurance
3. Sound knowledge of HR or payroll administration
4. Fluent oral and written communication skills in German, good knowledge of Italian and French is an advantage
5. Strong communication skills and empathy
6. Discretion and integrity
