The job holder will be responsible for the proactive support of requests from the US sales team by demonstrating the products, supporting installations, and providing training to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform product demonstration and hand-over to customers. Ensure that product features and specifications are understood so that the customer is able to appreciate the benefits of the FF solution.
Provide application support to the sales team by organizing timely communication to users pre and post-commissioning/training to ensure full usage.
Maintain accurate customer and demonstration pre-set database.
Gather information on customer expectations, changing market needs, and competitor activities.
Support marketing activities by collecting high-quality clinical images and supporting clinical evaluations.
Provide professional support at congresses and workshops to best represent the company, engaging with Key Opinion Leaders to increase share of voice.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience in Ultrasound in a global medical company or healthcare-related institution.
Excellent manners and winning demeanor towards customers.
Strong service mentality and customer orientation.
Excellent PC and networking skills.
Attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
Very good written and verbal communication skills in German, English, and French or Italian language.
