In ourquest to redefine the world’s infrastructure, we’re seeking a Senior Performance Controller being responsible for the Global Building Products, assigned to our Smart Infrastructure Business Unit.

Your new responsibilities - Taking ownership ofmonitoring and analyzing the financial performance of our globalproduct business, delivering in-depth KPI analysis and insightfulperformance commentary - Regularly generating comprehensivebusiness reports that assess the overall performance of the productbusiness, providing actionable recommendations to senior management- Promoting financial transparency for the Sustainability business,collaborating closely with the Sustainability organization tofoster transparency on a wide range of financial topics -Responding promptly to ad-hoc requests from top management,crafting well-structured storylines that address their strategicneeds and providing clear insights - Working with advanced toolssuch as Power BI and Snowflake applications to enhance reportingcapabilities and supporting the team in driving the digitaltransformation of financial workflows - Continuously improving theefficiency and accuracy of financial reporting processes,optimizing the flow of information across all business areas -Engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment onfinancial objectives and driving impactful decision-making based onperformance data - Collaborating closely with stakeholders toimplement corrective actions and improve performance, demonstratinga proactive approach in addressing challenges - Providing ongoingsupport in developing strategic financial insights, helping steerbusiness decisions that enhance profitability and sustainability -Taking a leadership role in ensuring financial data integrity,quality, and timeliness in all reporting processes Your skills andexperience - University degree or equivalent in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or a similar field, offeringa solid foundation in financial analysis - Longterm experience inperformance controlling and financial reporting within aninternational headquarters environment, preferably in an industrialand technology-driven B2 B setting, such as building automation,industrial equipment, systems engineering, or similar field -Strong analytical capabilities combined with a deep understandingof financial metrics relevant to product development, production,and global sales organizations - Experience working across matrixorganizations, collaborating with business portfolio units, R&D, operations, and sales teams - Profound expertise in ERPsystems and databases, with a deep understanding of financialsystems and their role in business operations - Stronginterpersonal skills and the ability to operate effectively inculturally diverse, cross-functional teams and to engage withstakeholders at all levels - A proactive attitude with a hands-onapproach, able to take ownership and drive continuous improvementin reporting and planning processes - Fluency in English isessential for this role.
German and any additional Europeanlanguage would be an advantage Location : this role will be basedin Zug/Switzerland.
