The Position
As our Revenue Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for various technical accounting assessments and policies, most specifically related to the application of IFRS15 and ASC 606. You will be the main contact for decisions on revenue recognition and any other complex accounting questions as well as overall financial compliance at the Cham site.
Furthermore, you will:
1. Ensure financial compliance with IFRS15 and ASC 606 across four manufacturing sites, adhering to revenue recognition rules, standards and best practices
2. Be the accounting subject matter expert for any non-standard accounting topics, facilitating trainings, providing guidance, and monitoring the business across the sites
3. Proactively manage and participate in projects to secure financial transparency and control, working directly with internal and external auditors
4. Support the External Supply organisation with IFRS15 accounting treatment, documenting global policies while monitoring compliance as per Sarbox ICQ (Internal Control Questionnaire)
Qualifications
To be successful for this position you have a Msc in Accounting or any related field, coupled with at least 10 yrs of experience in technical accounting, in particular IFRS15 or ASC606 accounting policies. You are an expert in IFRS especially for revenue recognition, preferably with experience from a Contract Development Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) or consulting firm. You are driven, confident individual who is comfortable working independently while actively seeking guidance when necessary.
In addition, you have:
1. Ability to understand financial processes and underlying accounting flows and related compliance requirements
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
3. Familiarity with financial planning processes
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Fluent English, both written and spoken
6. Experience with ERP systems, SAP or JD Edwards is an advantage but not a requirement

SwissCo CDMO Operations GmbH is based in Cham Switzerland and is a part of Novo Nordisk External Supply - an international and high-performing organisation. The Cham office consists of around 25 people from multiple different countries. Our responsibility is to ensure high quality and compliance within in financial processes, delivering insights and actions based on our data available and being a proactive finance partner to the organisation. We use our varying experience to create ideas and high-quality solutions to ensure continuous improvement of the global External Supply organisation.
