We are seeking a Product Advisor for the P&A division in the EMEA region. This is a 24-month full-time temporary role based in any EMEA office, with up to 10% travel required.
Key Responsibilities
This role offers the opportunity to:
Accessory Product Management (45%)
* Manage the entire accessory portfolio for on-road, off-road, and water sports vehicles.
* Collaborate with global product teams to ensure EMEA product needs and regulations are met.
* Work closely with Service and Operations teams to provide support for all product-related topics and system updates.
* Develop the future of the EMEA Accessory product portfolio and create business cases in collaboration with global product teams.
* Manage novelty accessory launches, line-up validation, EMEA market pricing, and SAP status code setting – collaborate with global teams to establish governance for accessories and parts.
* Be the Accessory product specialist for the EMEA region.
* Ensure spec book updates at novelty launch and during season, influencing the global team to prioritize the EMEA accessory business.
Accessory Go-to-Market Strategy (35%)
* Collaborate with the Business Development Coordinator for PAA to provide product knowledge support.
* Define Retail environment specifications for our networks in collaboration with the Network Development team – planogram development and regional setup.
* Forecast planning of the novelty and high-end accessory portfolio.
* Manage the Focus Item List in collaboration with EMEA and global teams.
* Maintain awareness of Accessory market trends.
Accessory Training to Core Teams (20%)
* Train Commercial and Marketing teams on new product novelties.
* Develop self-serving product training tools.
* Create tools to aid new business partners' onboarding.
You will thrive in this role if you possess the following skills and qualities:
* University degree or higher, or equivalent experience (5+ years).
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical, commercial, or product management background.
* Strong English language skills; additional languages are beneficial.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* SAP knowledge is advantageous.
* Analytical and process-driven approach.
* Business acumen.
* Precise yet creative problem-solving.
* Influential communication with local and global teams.
* Knowledge of the Aftermarket industry is not mandatory but beneficial.
