Our Global Treasury Department in Wallisellen (Switzerland) is looking for a Global Treasury Controller (m/f) (100%) The Treasury Controller plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for Treasury activities. This role will include improving cash forecast accuracy, developing and monitoring the Treasury risk management framework, maintaining control effectiveness and accounting records for FX hedges and derivatives, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of treasury accounting while optimizing treasury processes. The Treasury Controller will collaborate closely with other departments, group companies, and auditors to align the company’s treasury operations with overall business objectives and will report directly to the Global Head of Treasury. Your Responsibilities: Support Global Head of Treasury to establish and maintain effective treasury governance, review policies and guidelines, procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Responsible for compliance with regulatory requirements in all treasury activities, including reporting and documentation. Develop a Treasury risk management framework. Analyze financial, credit, and operational risks related to Treasury activities. Key contact for internal/external auditors, accountants, and controllers across the group (corporate, regions, and subsidiaries). Improve cash forecast accuracy and efficiency across group companies. Analyze the development of cash flow forecasts and develop financial models and scenarios to predict future cash and liquidity needs. Issue necessary documentation, control effectiveness and accounting records for FX hedges and other derivatives. Control monthly reconciliation reports and validate market valuations of the financial instruments. Monitor financing of group companies and manage intercompany loan agreements. Ensure accuracy and integrity of treasury accounting (interest calculation for intercompany loans, IC netting booking, etc.). Contribute to the cash repatriation process of group companies to Switzerland (dividends, etc.). Ensure update and compliance regarding bank signatories. Contribute to the preparation of various Treasury reports. Develop and monitor Treasury KPIs. Co-approve payments related to Treasury operations. Participate and/or lead Treasury-related projects. Your ideal profile: University degree in finance, accounting, or banking. Relevant treasury qualifications are a plus (ACT or CTP). Minimum of 8 years work experience, with at least 5 years gained in a corporate treasury function within an international organization is essential. Excellent understanding of treasury risk management and financial instruments. Strong analytical and project management skills. Proficiency in using Treasury Management Systems and Excel; knowledge about other trading and information software is a plus. Self-starter, able to prioritize issues, deliver high-quality work, and work independently. Highly flexible and team-oriented personality. Ability to work in a multi-cultural and global environment.
