The services and provided by Logistics teams need to be regularly reviewed to ensure they are fit for purpose, addressing the requirements of the Divisions in line with benchmarks and standard methodology As a project manager you will be responsible to define, design and implement dedicated programs on site, hands-on from start to implementation. In this role you will handle Senior collaborators up to EC level, lead the project team and ensure successful implementation of program goals and realization of expected benefits. Based on your respective certifications and experience you will also be responsible to further embed Lean principles in the ways of working of the organization. Key responsibilities: Identify areas of improvement and drive alignment of priorities together with senior collaborators or Site Leadership Team Visp. Prepare program delivery based on a thorough analysis of As-Is Situation and current challenges and define clear scope, targets and overall case embedding cross-functional/ divisional requirements. Ensure successful delivery of program objectives actively engaging and managing various project team members through influence (not line) and embedding change agents across impacted departments. Prepare and lead Steering Committee updates and decision requests and proactively raise risks or bottlenecks to the required collaborator level. Manage dependencies, assure alignment and drive alliances with other local or global programs & initiatives and embed Lean standards in ways of working and throughout project methodology Embed Lean standards in ways of working and throughout project methodology.
