We are looking for
A person with analytical and strong organisation skills, results-oriented, synthetic in reporting, and with critical thinking. The candidate must be a team player with a leadership orientation able to manage conflicts and to lead complex discussions involving multiple stakeholders (inter-departments, customers).

Your Mission
* As part of the Motion Systems R&D team, plan and manage the development activities, achieving the deliverables within the specified time and budget and according to the company’s processes
* Define the project scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria
* Estimate risks (matrix, FMEA) and drive mitigation plans
* Represent the ETEL R&D in front of the customers
* Monitor and report on project progress (Quality, Cost, Time):
o Plan and organize project reviews
o Report the development status to the steering committee, as well as problems and solutions
o Manage project stakeholders
o Define and organize gate reviews
* Propose and manage changes if necessary
* Evaluate and assess the result of the project:
o Spread of success and lessons learned within the company
o Propose and initiate continuous improvement activities.
Your Profile
* Master's degree in engineering
* Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent is an asset
* Proven experience in an engineering environment
* At least 3 years’ experience in project management
* Expert in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management
* Ideally having worked for complex and international organizations
* Fluent written/spoken English (French is a plus)
