Our client, a leading player in the surgical medical device industry based in Eastern Switzerland, is seeking a Product Manager to drive the commercial success of their product portfolio within the Surgery segment. This global role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, leading product strategy, and ensuring alignment with customer needs and market dynamics. The ideal candidate brings strong product management expertise, market insight, and a passion for delivering value in the healthcare space.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for new products or market entry.
* Define product strategies by segmenting the market and aligning with business objectives.
* Support commercial teams with performance analytics, sales tools, local campaigns, and customer-specific information.
* Develop strategic pricing models and lifecycle plans to optimize profitability and long-term customer satisfaction.
* Drive continuous product improvements based on feedback, metrics, and collaboration with R&D, sales, quality, procurement, and other key functions.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Business or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
* 5+ years of product management experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
* Experience with B2B marketing and/or sales in an international setting.
* Proven track record in launching and managing technical product portfolios.
