Job Description:

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct independent, Europe-wide audits across all business units, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and process efficiency.
* Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations on internal controls, compliance matters, and process efficiency.
* Prepare comprehensive audit reports in English and/or German, as well as follow up on agreed measures to ensure their implementation.
* Coordinate audit results and recommendations with senior management to drive business decisions.
* Perform follow-up audits to verify the effectiveness of implemented measures.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to businesses, providing guidance on improving business processes.
* Take ownership of audit projects, overseeing project streams and ensuring timely completion.
* Conduct ad hoc and special audits as required.
Your Profile:
* Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Legal (or equivalent qualification).
* First professional experience in a related field.
* Fluency in German and English.
* High analytical skills, strong initiative, organized, and ability to work effectively in a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP ERP.
* IT affinity and programming skills are advantageous.
* Motivation to achieve results and willingness to learn, including international travel.
