IT Support Technician Level 1-2
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support Technician Level 1-2 to join our client's team in Morges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide top-notch technical support to end-users as a Level 1 and Level 2 technician.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
* Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, ensuring seamless operations.
* Document and track issues using a reliable ticketing system for efficient resolution.
* Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure exceptional support and a smooth work environment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in IT support roles (Level 1-2) with a strong foundation in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
* Demonstrated knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic server administration.
* Excellent communication skills in English and German, with a minimum B2 level in German.
* Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with strong attention to detail.
