In order to develop and expand our international business, we are looking for a dental manager at our site in Switzerland near Luzern for the position of Senior Key Account Manager (KAM).
In this role, the Senior KAM is expected to travel up to 50% in Europe, in close cooperation with the international and national sales and marketing teams as well as the experts of the global DSO team. The Senior KAM will build mutually beneficial long-term partnerships based on business opportunities and clinical insights. You will be an integral member of the Global DSO team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at the C-level within DSOs.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
3. Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic account management and business development.
4. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of DSOs.
6. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure alignment with their goals and objectives.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
1. University degree in business or economics, preferably MBA degree.
2. Proven experience in key account management within the dental service organizations (DSO) sector (at least 5 years).
3. Extensive network of contacts at the C-level or decision-maker level within the industry.
4. Demonstrated track record of sales achievements and business development success.
5. International exposure and experience working with diverse teams and clients.
6. Business proficiency in German, English, and another European language.
7. Willingness to travel 20% - 50% of the time.
8. Strong interpersonal and social skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
9. Business acumen.
10. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
