You, as a Senior Process Quality Engineer is responsible for optimizing, and improving Quality processes, compliance and systems involved in the logistics operations of Lonza. The primary focus is on enhancing quality by design in the movement and management of goods and materials throughout the supply chain. You will analyse and evaluate existing processes and documentation (standard operation procedures and working instruction), identify areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions to enhance quality. You will collaborate with cross functional teams, including warehouse personnel, production, supply chain and customers, to gather data, understand end to end requirements, and implement process changes. An implicit lead function in process execution can be assigned. Take over assigned projects (SAP/MES/Delta V/LIMS) within the BioAtrium area. The goal is to integrate logistics processes with BioAtrium Quality systems, develop a Quality continuous improvement culture in Logistic Team, structure the documentation and provide support on complex Trackwise and DMS platforms to ensure compliant operations and avoid deviation. Author, review and Implementation of process related procedures (Standard operation procedures, Reports,). The goal is to identify areas for improvement, optimize operations, and ensure a traceability and avoid mix up throughout the supply chain. Reporting of non conformances and initiation of quality issue records and investigations as well as corrective actions under cGMP. Evaluate process performance and deviations while implementing a culture of continuous improvement within the logistics function by developing and implementing quality performance measurement systems, conducting regular audits, and driving right first time methodologies. Propose new or improved technologies to enhance quality efficiencies, and regulatory compliance Collecting and analyzing data on key logistics quality metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. This may involve using statistical analysis tools and software. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as Manufacturing, Site Distribution/Logistics, and Quality.
