Responsibilities
1. You develop diesel and hydrogen combustion engines within the Design department
2. You design and optimize high-complexity components, assemblies, and systems, considering technical, scheduling, and financial aspects
3. You coordinate other design resources while ensuring the quality of deliverables and collaborate with various departments within the project environment
4. You perform the 3D drafting of components and assemblies using CAD systems, and create and revise 2D drawings with GD&T
5. You generate 2D and 3D visualizations for clarifying technical content, including setting up technical presentations
6. You ensure management reporting on specific technical topics and manage PLM tasks, including BOM creation and lifecycle promotion
7. You conduct basic component calculations (FEM/analytical)
8. You perform the tolerance stack-up analysis for complex systems and collaborate with component suppliers to clarify technical properties and engage in common component development (co-design)
9. You actively contribute to FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis)
Profile
10. You have successfully completed your studies in the field of mechanical engineering or the automotive field
11. You have been working for at least 5 years in the field
12. In addition to English, you speak French, German is an asset
13. You have advanced knowledge of MS Office and good knowledge of PTC Creo, ERP and FEM Program
14. Your personality is characterized by independence, reliability, the ability to work in a team, commitment, flexibility and good social skills. Furthermore, you are resilient, innovative and have structured/organized work ethic
