Job Description: Main Duties:
Monitoring company’s service operation;
Conducting initial diagnostics of failures and taking steps towards reestablishing operation;
Interacting with service providers;
Consulting customers on questions concerning company’s business by means of forum, chat, phone, Skype, and email;
Consulting customers and company’s employees on technical issues of software operation;
Complaint management;
Progress reports.
Requirements:
20-35 years old;
Advanced PC user;
Experience of work with Unix systems, command line skills;
Accountability, responsibility, punctuality;
Result-oriented.
Conditions:
Work schedule is 5 days on, 2 days off from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.;
