Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Financial Leadership: Own financial reporting, forecasting, and planning - ensuring accuracy, speed, and compliance with international standards.
2. Operational Cost Control: Monitor service costs, field service efficiency, and spare parts profitability to maximize margins.
3. Business Partnering: Collaborate with divisional and field service leaders, translating financial data into clear insights that drive smart decisions.
4. Performance Management: Analyze key financial metrics to enhance profitability, optimize working capital, and improve operational efficiency.
5. Process Improvement & Digitalization: Drive process automation and use cutting-edge analytics tools to enhance financial operations.
6. Risk & Compliance: Ensure alignment with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls, while supporting audits.
7. Audit & Governance: Support internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Your Profile
8. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
9. Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
10. 5-10 years of financial management experience, ideally in After Sales or Field Services
11. Solid expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), cost control, and performance monitoring.
12. A strong grasp of IFRS, tax regulations, and financial compliance.
13. Strong understanding of standard costing principles and variance analysis in the area of manufacturing and services.
14. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Anaplan, BI tools) and advanced Excel skills.
15. Fluent in English (mandatory).
16. Additional languages are a strong asset, with German preferred but not mandatory
