Nutreco Exploration (NutEx) is the ingredient development partner for Skretting and Trouw Nutrition. We specialize in Phytotechnology and Microtechnology, creating innovative products that enhance our feeding solutions—improving animal health and welfare. Our vision is to develop proprietary solutions backed by patents and deep scientific understanding.
We operate at Nutreco's Garden of the Future facility in Arbon, Switzerland, as a dynamic team of experts. While part of Nutreco's global network, our work is highly specialized, giving us the feel of a fast-paced startup.

This is where you come in. As our new Marketing Manager Phytotechnology, you will oversee content creation, management, and optimization, improving customer experience and providing added-value documentation to our business lines and market. You will operate across programs and businesses.
Responsibilities:
Brand Management
* Lead branding strategy and implementation for Edgeos, ensuring strong brand identity and communication.
* Manage visual identity, corporate branding interactions, and value proposition refinement.
* Support business units in leveraging the value of Edgeos for commercial success.
Product Management
* Oversee product value propositions and technical dossiers.
* Manage product-related content and documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
* Ensure alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements post-launch.
Content and Documentation
* Lead Edgeos product monographs, consolidating Discovery & Development insights.
* Manage and deliver the NutEx Chronicles, a quarterly newsletter providing value-added content.
* Develop marketing materials, including websites, presentations, and interactive visuals.
Stakeholder Engagement and Management
* Organize and manage all customer and stakeholder visits to Nutreco's Garden of the Future.
* Develop visit content and continuously improve the visitor experience.
* Maintain and evolve the visual identity and branding of Nutreco's Garden of the Future.
Skills and Expertise:
* At least 5 years of experience in a marketing function related to medicinal plants or a related field.
* Proven track record in content development, project management, and marketing material creation.
* Strong content writing and storytelling capabilities.
* Hands-on approach with a proactive mindset.
* Engaged, creative individual who excels in a collaborative team setting.
* Willingness to explore new territory, take risks, and contribute to innovative solutions.
