Description: Trifecta is seeking a strategic and experienced Client Partner to expand customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer success while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Desired Skills And Experience: The Client Partner is a member of the Sales team overseeing the clients’ accounts to ensure satisfaction and drive account growth. This role also works closely with the Sales team to achieve revenue growth targets within Trifecta’s customer account portfolio.
Responsibilities:
* Acts as a trusted advisor and develops solid C-level client relationships to yield long-term partnerships and ongoing revenue opportunities.
* Collaborates with Sales team to expand Trifecta’s footprint within accounts.
* Builds a relationship of satisfaction with the client securing future business and drives budget allocation through value selling and presenting ROI.
* Develops internal plans for key accounts to meet defined sales goals.
* Creates Statement of Work and Change Order documentation.
* Serves as an escalation point to support the Project Manager as needed to the internal project and client teams; brings resolution to issues.
* Collaborates with the company Sales Account Executives on proposals and contractual documents if shared responsibilities exist within an account.
* Facilitates project kick-offs and Quarterly Business Review meetings.
* Reviews and approves deliverables prepared by project teams before being presented to clients.
* Contributes to resource requirement discussions for each project.
* Supports and aligns with internal Salesforce partnership team.
* Establishes and owns Salesforce account channel relationships focused on account growth opportunities.
* May function as a billable resource on the account.
* Contributes to staff evaluations on a periodic basis.
* Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements:
* 3-5 years’ experience managing an account portfolio in a prominent client-facing role.
* Proven history of sales experience and results.
* Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, both internally as a team leader and externally with C-level decision makers.
* Demonstrates a high-level understanding of IT solutions with the ability to envision and communicate.
* Displays consultative solution selling techniques to facilitate growth of account portfolio.
* Willingness to travel (10%-20%).
Preferred:
* Salesforce Administrator and at least 1 Cloud Consultant Certification (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.).
* Professional services experience within the manufacturing and/or retail industries.
* Project management and/or management training.
