Job Summary
This is a senior housekeeping role at our luxury hotel, requiring the ability to supervise and control housekeeping staff, manage daily turn-down service, and allocate amenities and equipment.
Responsibilities
1. Maintain compliance with hotel-specific standards and quality management protocols.
2. Conduct daily inspections of suites and rooms on assigned floors to ensure exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail.
3. Train and introduce employees to standards, thorough cleanliness, and work processes to maintain excellence in housekeeping operations.
4. Supervise and monitor housekeeping staff to guarantee efficient and effective workflow.
5. Manage the daily turn-down service, ensuring all rooms are prepared to a high standard for guests.
6. Allocate amenities and cleaning equipment to housekeeping staff as required.
7. Serve as a positive role model for subordinate employees, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Your Profile
1. Experience working in a 5-star hotel environment with knowledge of luxury standards.
2. Ability to motivate and lead a team, including apprenticeship graduates.
3. In-depth understanding of housekeeping operations, workflows, and best practices.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively supervise and train staff.
5. A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional quality standards.
6. Proficiency in English, with additional languages an advantage.
