To accelerate our expansion in key US regions, we are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Marketing Professional to strengthen our sales and marketing efforts. This role is based at our headquarters in Lucerne and will involve close collaboration with our sales team and distributors in the US, supporting business development and driving impactful marketing initiatives. Your Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and growth potential in key US regions Support sales outreach by preparing high-quality materials, presentations, and discussions for potential clients and partners Manage a structured sales funnel, ensuring consistent follow-ups and maintaining strong business relationships Define, coordinate, and execute impactful marketing activities, including advertorials, trade shows, targeted campaigns, and social media strategies Assist in the planning of events, ensuring seamless coordination and engagement Provide general support in close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams, bridging our local team, US partners, and our Headquarters in Lucerne Contribute to the development and expansion of the business in new markets, offering strategic assistance in scaling operations What You Bring Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills Extensive experience in sales and/or marketing in the US, preferably in one of GWF’s strategic geographic markets (more details available during the interview) Background in event planning and social media marketing, with a track record of executing successful campaigns Experience providing general business assistance, particularly in the expansion of new markets or business growth initiatives Ideally, a US educational background Strong interest in technical products and solutions A proactive, can-do attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Be part of a globally renowned Swiss technology leader expanding into key US markets Work on high-impact sales and marketing initiatives with direct influence on business growth Engage in sustainable and innovative solutions that drive digital transformation Build your career in a dynamic, growth-oriented, and international team Interested?
