In this newly created position, you are responsible for driving the sales activities, providing technical expertise and building bridges between the engineering teams and customers.
Your main responsibilities
* Identify, target and develop new business opportunities
* Gather customer requirements, build and maintain sustainable relationships
* Visit your customers on a regular basis
* Meet your sales targets in order to ensure the company’s revenue growth
* Provide in-depth technical knowledge of products
* Offer pre- and post-sales technical support, provide product demonstrations, configurations and troubleshooting
* Act as an active liaison between the customer and your colleagues in product management, engineering and production
* Monitor market and industry trends to develop innovations
* Prepare technical proposals, quotations and tenders
* Attend events and fairs in the industry
* Optimise sales processes and structures
