In this diverse role, you will be responsible for first-level support and serve as the first point of contact for IT inquiries from users at the headquarters and branch offices. You will manage, maintain, and service telephone, PC, laptop, and printer systems while handling requests through the ticketing system. Additionally, you will oversee the support of standard and specialized applications, manage user rights, and assist with workstation relocations and the setup of new workplaces. Maintaining the knowledge and error database completes your exciting range of responsibilities.
Required experience and skills:
* Completed technical training, also suitable for career starters or career changers
* Good knowledge of current operating systems and standard software
* Professional and goal-oriented approach with openness to new topics
* Strong customer and team orientation
* Excellent communication skills as well as a courteous and friendly demeanor
* Very good German skills; additional national languages or English are an advantage
