Job Description
* HR Business Partnering:
o Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
o Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
o Assist in talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
o Provide guidance on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
o Collaborate with managers to understand their needs and provide strategic HR support to achieve business objectives.
o Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
* Project Management:
o Lead and manage HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
o Develop project plans, track progress, and report on project status to stakeholders.
o Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
The Successful Applicant
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience:
o Previous experience in an HR role, preferably as an HRBP.
o Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
* Skills:
o Excellent organizational and time management skills.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o High level of attention to detail.
o Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Language:
* Fluency in both English and French is required.
