We are looking for a competitive, sales-driven, and highly motivated field sales representative to join our team. Responsibilities
* Look for, identify, and secure new clients to serve as a trusted advisor for crucial financial decisions.
* Work directly with clients to compile financial profiles that allow you to provide sound financial advice based on each person’s individual financial status, income, financial goals, and other factors contributing to wealth management.
* Serve as a collaborative team player willing to further development through continued training opportunities.
* Support clients’ progress toward their financial goals through strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations.
* Customize financial plans for each client based on their professional/work circumstances, life stage, and evolving financial needs.
* Must be willing to pass a state license exam within the first 14 days.
* Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products.
* Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry.
* Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events.
* Keep the company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM.
* Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory.
Qualifications
* Must pass a background check.
* A U.S. Citizen living in the U.S. or a Canadian Citizen living in Canada.
* Experience using a CRM is preferred.
* You must have a driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
* To be successful in this role, you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
* Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years.
* Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred.
Compensation
$150,000+ at plan commission.
